Colder Temperatures
Wenatchee – Wenatchee Valley Animal Care & Control has a few reminders as the temperatures start to drop.
- Temperatures are starting to get very cold and animals should not be out in the cold
-Bring your animals inside (even a garage is better than outdoors)
-Animals need shelter, heated water (so it doesn’t freeze), plenty of food, and ideally a source of heat
-If you are concerned about an animal please call sooner rather than later. Most importantly, call before it gets too cold in the evening.
-If you call and get the sent to voicemail, please leave a voicemail with your name, number, and the address you have concerns about!
Please contact Animal Care & Control at (509) 888-7283 (888-SAVE).
