WENATCHEE, WA—Wenatchee Valley Animal Care & Control are seeking information a dog, pictured below, that was in the area of Monroe and Russell at approximately 10:45 on South Monroe Street and Russell. The dog was involved in an incident with another dog. Any sightings or owner information from the public would be greatly appreciated.
